If you live in Switzerland and hold a qualifying supplemental insurance plan, your annual or monthly Qöna subscription may be eligible for reimbursement under your provider’s health & fitness prevention benefits.

📄 All you need to do is download and complete the participation confirmation form, then send it to your insurer along with your payment receipt.

This program is only available to users residing in Switzerland with eligible complementary insurance.

How to Get Your Qöna Subscription Reimbursed

For users with eligible Swiss supplemental insurance plans

✅ Step 1 – Download the official participation form

You’ll receive the form automatically by email once you subscribe. You can also download it here (link to PDF).

✍️ Step 2 – Fill in your personal insurance details

Complete the form with the following:

  • Your health insurance provider
  • Your policy number
  • Your full name and address

🧾 Step 3 – Attach proof of payment

Include your invoice or payment receipt for the Qöna subscription (monthly or annual).

📩 Step 4 – Submit everything to your insurer

Send the completed form + proof of payment to your health insurance company. You can send it:

  • By mail
  • Via their online client portal
  • Or by email, if accepted by your provider

Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be reimbursed partially or fully, up to CHF 500/year depending on your plan.
